- History and physical examination: This is a comprehensive evaluation of your health history, current symptoms, and physical exam. It is used to diagnose your condition and develop a treatment plan.
- Medication management: We work with you to develop a safe and effective medication plan for your condition. We'll also monitor your response to treatment and make adjustments as needed.
- Preventive care: Our physician will recommend vaccinations, lab tests, imaging, and cancer screenings based on your age, sex, and health history. These services can help you stay healthy and prevent serious diseases.
- Treatment of acute and chronic illnesses: We'll provide treatment for a variety of acute and chronic illnesses, such as colds, flu, high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease.
- Referrals to other specialists: If we believe you need the care of a specialist, we will refer you to an appropriate medical provider.
